TERMS OF SERVICE / PRIVACY POLICY / REFUND POLICY

• Email is the fastest way to get a hold of me - Josh@PDXinspections.com. My phone number is 503-789-0168 if you'd like to try to reach me during business hours but unfortunately I'm often unable to answer the phone while out performing inspections.
  If you'd like to schedule your inspection and are ready to pay via Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express or by using your existing PayPal or Google Checkout accounts please do so by using one of the checkout links below.

• Please check my up to date availability as listed below. Depending on location and time of scheduling I'm normally available for same day (if scheduled/paid by 10:00am) to next day inspections. You will receive a scheduling confirmation via email shortly after payment is made.

• Inspections are scheduled in order of payments posting, your payment secures your inspection.

• I always contact the seller prior to heading out to an inspection.  If sufficient notice of cancellation is given I will be happy to refund your payment minus $10 to cover my merchant fees, prior research and any reports or information I have already provided.

• If I immediately come across a major mechanical issue or come across an issue you specify in your "Stop inspection immediately if" section, I will immediately call you giving you the option of ending the inspection immediately with a partial refund of your inspection cost. If I'm unable to reach you during the inspection I will use my professional judgment on how to continue. If this situation arises and I terminate the inspection early I will credit you back 50% of the inspection cost.

Up to 10 Minute High Definition 1080P Video documenting the inspection including video of damage items (This is the closest thing to actually seeing the car in person) ADD $75 as sampled here.
